Returns & Refund Policy

At Luthen, we aim to ensure a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible physical items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval. To initiate a return, you must contact us at contact@luthen.shop.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Detailed packaging instructions

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and included hardware are intact

  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is provided

  • The item has not been customized beyond the standard options listed on the product page

Refund Processing

After your return is received, it will be inspected within approximately 3–5 business days. You will be notified of the approval outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to complete processing

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled by returning the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately. Any approved refund or credit can be applied toward the replacement purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

  • Items damaged during shipping, including frames, prints, or packaging

  • Incorrect items, sizes, designs, or colors

  • Missing components such as hanging hardware

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products, including designs with added text or images

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation
